what is branding & marketing collateral?
Branding is the process involved in creating a unique name and image for a product or business in the consumers' mind through consistent themes. Branding aims to establish a significant and differentiated presence in the market that attracts and retains clients.

Marketing Collateral is digital or printed products created that reflect your brand and help market your business. Our collateral items include business cards, social media graphics, pdf guides, etc.

what services do you offer specifically?
I offer an array of design, illustration, and hand lettering services including, but not limited to: Branding, Web Design, & Illustration.

what are your prices?
My design fees depend on the project! I do require a nonrefundable deposit and signed contract to book your timeline and before any artwork is created, and then remainder due upon completion of the project and before all deliverables are sent. I also offer various payment plans dependent on the total project cost. View my detailed Pricing Guide here.

do you offer any discounts?
Being a small business, I do not offer any specific discounts per say. But as a military spouse, I can offer extra incentives to active duty military, veterans, and first responders. Just be sure to show me proof before booking.

what is your average turnaround time?
This too largely depends on the scope of the project. For instance, branding packages generally take 1-2 weeks depending on the complexity, but a web design can take upwards of 4 weeks.

can you explain the process?
Sure! First, we'll discuss your project(s) during our consultation call. Once you've booked your timeline with a signed contract and a deposit, you'll be sent a series of in-depth questionnaires due during the first week of your timeline. The week prior to your timeline, we'll schedule a 1 hour video clarity call, so I can review your answers and Pinterest inspiration board. After this call and once your timeline begins I'll start designing your first brand board draft. From there you'll review and give your feedback. I'll revise your board as many times within your timeline until it's just right. Once we have perfected your vision and the final payment is made, you'll receive all of the final deliverables. Then, if applicable, I'll move on to designing your new website. We'll go page by page and make any revisions within the frame of your timeline. Once your site is exactly how you envisioned, I'll install it in your account and submit it to Showit for domain/blog set-up. The last step is to launch your new site and celebrate!

how will i receive the final deliverables?
All files will be sent to you in a google drive link via email in the following formats: .eps, .jpeg, .pdf, & .png. This does not include font files. You are solely responsible for purchasing your own license to any typography or out sourced graphics used in your project, but we will send you the links to download them. And don't worry, I take into consideration budget. I'll never commit you to an expensive font. Typically, my clients don't spend more than $100 on all of their font licenses and graphics.

where should i have my digital files printed?
This is a personal choice, but for marketing collateral I recommend Moo or VistaPrint. For other prints, I recommend Savannah PhotoMaster or Mpix.

do you have office hours?
Generally, my hours of operation are Monday through Thursday 9am-5pm CST. However, family is my number one priority, so those times are subject to change at any time. Communication is important to me, so I will notify clients specifically if I plan to be out of the office for any extended period of time. Thank you for understanding!
