How To Create & Add Embedded Forms With Flodesk & Showit
STEP ONE: DETERMINE THE PURPOSE OF YOUR FORM
First things first, define the goal of your email marketing campaign. Here are a few questions to ask yourself:

STEP TWO: CREATE YOUR OPT-IN FORM IN FLODESK
Once you’ve nailed down an objective, it’s time to start designing your opt-in form. Log in to Flodesk and choose a form template best suited to your campaign goal. For this walkthrough, let’s create and embed a simple inline form.
Customize your form by editing the copywriting, colors, fonts, etc. (Pro Tip: Upload your brand’s logo, colors, fonts, company details, and social links as soon as you create your Flodesk account to make your designs on-brand from the start!)
STEP THREE: EMBED YOUR FLODESK FORM IN SHOWIT
After editing your form in Flodesk, select the Embed button in the top right corner to retrieve the embed code(s) and copy them to your clipboard. (Note: Popup forms have one code snippet, while inline forms have two.)
Lastly, navigate to your site design in the Showit app and add an embed code container on the page and canvas you want it to appear. Paste your form’s embed code(s) into the custom code field and click save.
(Pro Tip: To see your live form while editing in the Showit app, skip embedding the Header code separately into each page’s Custom Head HTML field and embed both the Header and Inline code snippets into a single embed code container.)
